Commercial handyman services

Approximately half of The Handy Guys appointments are for commercial customers based in South Manchester and North Cheshire.

I offer a fully flexible service with no long term contracts or fixed fees. The types of customers that I work with include: offices, shops, restaurants, care homes, letting agencies and removal contractors.

I can offer discounts to our standard rates for regular service calls. Please call me to discuss.

I offer a fully flexible ‘pay as you go’ service with no long term contracts or fixed fees.

I will always be smartly dressed, polite and professional. Work is carried out methodically and discreetly.

I offer credit terms to regular commercial customers.

I will be equipped with the correct tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). They will always work safely and will comply with both the procedures in your business and relevant health and safety regulations.

I work with our commercial customers to set up a service schedule to regularly check such items as lighting and the correct functioning of WCs. I often schedule additional time to tackle ‘to do’ lists.
